Kona found herself cornered by a dog in his backyard.  His human rescued the big girl and took her to the Humane Society in Laramie, WY.  For weeks Kona sat in a cage waiting for whatever would come next.  No one expressed any interest in her.

Finally, the woman who had originally taken her to the shelter asked us if we would take her if she brought her to us. We agreed, the shelter spayed her, and Kona is again waiting for whatever will come next—which hopefully, will be a big hus-bunn and a forever home.
