Hopi was rescued from a neglectful situation. Two years later, his rescuer ended up in medical school followed by a fellowship.  Unfortunately, he was not able to take Hopi with him.

Hopi’s head is that of a mini-lop, but his body is that of an angora.  He has a beautiful black and silver coat.

He lived, for a short time, with three dogs who liked him.  Although he was slightly worried about them, he wasn’t terrified and would probably have made close friends had he stayed.
